Transaction Process & Document Pickup
Transaction Process After you have completed the document submission process, your editor will correct your document during the time period you specified. You can track the progress of your editing transaction by clicking on the Login button located within the top menu. Documents transferred by email may delay the start of your transaction by as much as 12 hours. There is no transaction delay for uploading or copy / paste document transfer methods. Editor corrections will be done either through Microsoft Word Track Changes or colored text.
Contact Your Editor & Send Additional Files
- Click on the Contact Us link located within the top menu.
- Click on the Contact an EditAvenue Editor link.
- Choose the editor you want to contact by clicking on the Send Message link located within the editor's qualifications.
- Enter a title, enter your message content, and upload file attachments. For each upload click on the Browse button, find your document's location within your computer, and click on the Open button.
- Log into your account. If you are already logged in then this step will be skipped.
Edited Document Pickup
- You will receive an email notification concerning the completion of your job.
- Click on the link within the email notification or click on the Login button located within the top menu.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Job Title link.
- Click on the Download button.
Rate Your Editor
- Click on the Login button located within the top menu.
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- Click on the Job Title link.
- Click on the Rate Editor button.
